Feefo began as a ratings and reviews SaaS company in 2010 but after rapid growth it had become apparent that the solutions of the past were no longer a fit with the Feefo of the future, both in terms of their proposition and audience. They needed creative solutions that worked at enterprise level and reflected their aspirations as they moved towards being a Customer Experience Management platform. Once the language had taken shape, this then went on to inform the creative. Circles featured heavily, as not only did they create the well known speech marks from the Feefo identity, but they represented unity and collaboration - two key values already present in the existing Feefo brand. Three styles of photography were then chosen, each representing an element taken from the thinking. 3D, highly visual CGI’s were chosen to illustrate data landscapes, whilst images that used the bright aqua brand colour as a highlight running through them showed a new future. These choices served as the foundation for crafting unique graphics and collateral materials, bringing this new side of Feefo to life.
