Hanstead House; 8 high-luxury apartments within a previously derelict but elegant building restored to its former glory by Griggs. The brief was to create something different, something that would stand out in an over-saturated market, be brave, bold and beautiful yet still reflect the buildings heritage. We breathed new life into the development through our strong creative, coffee table style brochure with dust jacket and advertising that remained true to the theme of 'Beauty unearthed'.​
